Step 1:
Apply a small quantity to the skin. Concentrate on particular problem areas such as thighs, buttocks and abdomen. Please note that this is not suitable for facial application.
Step 2:
Massage the cream into your skin in circular upward movements. One portion is enough and you should feel the full effect after 5-10 minutes.
Step 3:
